  • 40 ml TATRATEA 67 % APPLE & PEAR
  • 200 ml hot mint tea
  • sugar or honey
Procedure

Prepare mint tea, pour into a mug and add TATRATEA. Sweeten to taste.

Ingredients
  • 40 ml TATRATEA 67 % APPLE & PEAR
  • 200 ml tonic
  • lemon juice
  • ice
Procedure

Add TATRATEA and lemon juice to a glass filled with ice. Top with tonic and mix gently.

Ingredients
  • 40 ml TATRATEA 67 % APPLE & PEAR
  • apple ice (frozen puree or juice)
  • 100 ml soda
  • lemon juice
  • ice
Procedure

Add apple ice and TATRATEA to a glass. Cover with soda, add lemon juice, and mix gently.

  • 50 ml pear smoothie
  • 10 ml ginger syrup
  • 100 ml soda
  • 100 ml prosecco

Procedure

Shake TATRATEA, smoothie, and syrup with ice. Pour into a glass and top up with soda and prosecco.

  • 40 ml TATRATEA 67 % APPLE & PEAR
  • 200 ml apple juice
  • lemon juice
  • ice
Procedure

Shake TATRATEA and lemon juice with ice. Add apple juice, mix well and pour into a glass.

ULTIMATE HOT CIDER

Ingredients
  • 35 ml TATRATEA 67 % APPLE & PEAR
  • 15 ml dark rum
  • 20 ml melted butter
  • 30 ml apple puree
  • 10 ml verjus
  • 80 ml apple cider
Procedure

Melt about 15 g butter in a small pan, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let it heat to 70 degrees Celsius and pour into a ceramic cup. Garnish with a caramelized apple slice.
