Procedure

Ingredients
  • 30 ml TATRATEA 27% ARONIA & BLACK CURRANT
  • 30 ml HERBERRY GIN
  • 15 ml blueberry puree
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • ginger beer
Procedure

Mix all ingredients except ginger beer in a shaker with ice. Pour into a tall glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with fresh blueberries.

ULTIMATE HOT CIDER

Ingredients
  • 35 ml TATRATEA 67 % APPLE & PEAR
  • 15 ml dark rum
  • 20 ml melted butter
  • 30 ml apple puree
  • 10 ml verjus
  • 80 ml apple cider
Procedure

Melt about 15 g butter in a small pan, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let it heat to 70 degrees Celsius and pour into a ceramic cup. Garnish with a caramelized apple slice.

Ingredients
  • 30 ml TATRATEA 37% HIBISCUS & RED TEA
  • 30 ml tequila
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 20 ml Grapefruit & Basil syrup
  • Pink grapefruit soda
Procedure

Add TATRATEA 37%, tequila, lime juice and syrup to a shaker with ice. Stir everything together and pour into a tall glass. Top with pink grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit slice.

  • 25 ml TATRATEA 22 % COCONUT
  • 15 ml Kavalero
  • 25 ml rum
  • 15 ml lime juice
  • 90 ml pineapple juice / pineapple soda
Procedure

Pour lime juice, TATRATEA 22 % COCONUT, Kavalero and rum into a glass. Stir everything together thoroughly. Add ice and top up with pineapple juice. Garnish with a pineapple slice and an edible flower.
