- 10 ml pineapple syrup
- 50 ml foamed instant coffee
- 100 ml milk
- ice
Add two teaspoons of instant coffee and 50 ml water into the glass. Whip until foamy, add milk, ice and TATRATEA. Add syrup and mix gently.

- 35 ml TATRATEA 67 % APPLE & PEAR
- 15 ml dark rum
- 20 ml melted butter
- 30 ml apple puree
- 10 ml verjus
- 80 ml apple cider
Melt about 15 g butter in a small pan, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let it heat to 70 degrees Celsius and pour into a ceramic cup. Garnish with a caramelized apple slice.

- 30 ml TATRATEA 37% HIBISCUS & RED TEA
- 30 ml tequila
- 20 ml lime juice
- 20 ml Grapefruit & Basil syrup
- Pink grapefruit soda
Add TATRATEA 37%, tequila, lime juice and syrup to a shaker with ice. Stir everything together and pour into a tall glass. Top with pink grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit slice.

- 25 ml TATRATEA 22 % COCONUT
- 15 ml Kavalero
- 25 ml rum
- 15 ml lime juice
- 90 ml pineapple juice / pineapple soda
Pour lime juice, TATRATEA 22 % COCONUT, Kavalero and rum into a glass. Stir everything together thoroughly. Add ice and top up with pineapple juice. Garnish with a pineapple slice and an edible flower.
