Perfect mix of two popular Slovak drinks - Kofola (cola-like) and TATRATEA 52% Original, making this the ideal year-round tipple at home and away.
- 40 ml TATRATEA 52% ORIGINAL
- 20 ml honey sweetened Earl Grey black tea
- Kofola
- Half freshly squeezed lemon
- Marshmallow or ginger bread for garnish
Cook one part honey with one part sugar and one part water, then macerate Earl Grey. Allow the thick cordial to cool. Add lemon juice, TATRATEA, top up with Kofola. Build in a glass and serve the rest in a thermos bottle. Garnish with gingerbread or roasted marshmallow.
