Deep, rich and lingering lovely taste make this cocktail the new classic, served as blazer but drunk cold. Expect a rich blend of black and smoky teas, combined with fruit Eau de vies.

  • 40 ml TATRATEA® 52% ORIGINAL Flambé
  • 20 ml pine blossom honey 
  • Half freshly squeezed lemon
  • Black tea ice lolly (pu-erh, lapsang, and oolong teas cooked and frozen)
  • Apple and pear juice

Shake TATRATEA, honey, and lemon juice, top up with apple and pear juice, and add the ice lolly.
