Bohemian Rhapsody

Forest fruit in a glass. This forager berry leafs is perfectly complemented by dashes of balsamic, a spoon of tart quince and the sweetness of Tokaj.

  • 40 ml TATRATEA 62% FOREST FRUIT
  • 30 ml Tokaj cordial based on strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry leaves 
  • 20 ml balsamic grenadine (dissolve brown sugar in cold balsamic vinegar in a ratio of 2:1)
  • Half freshly squeezed lemon
  • Quince jam                                    
  • Wild strawberry leaves for garnish

To make the cordial, heat Tokaj wine to 75°C. Macerate dried strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry leaves for 7-8 minutes. Strain. Shake all ingredients together and garnish with wild strawberry leaf.
