To enjoy an original Tatra serving, one must understand TATRATEA’s roots. We use honey instead of sugar, and aromatic Assam - the same as for TATRATEA.
Pour honey in a pan. Add water as it thickens. Cook Assam tea in apple juice. Add TATRATEA, lemon, and caramelised honey. Mix everything together and serve in a clay mug with traditional ginger bread and pine cone. Optional: light on fire when serving.
