A unique selection of tea-based herbal liqueurs TATRATEA. They are made exclusively from natural ingredients, such as fine, purified alcohol, black tea, natural extracts from herbs, fruit juices and distillates, sugar and water from the Tatra mountains.

ULTIMATE HOT CIDER

Ingredients
  • 35 ml TATRATEA 67 % APPLE & PEAR
  • 15 ml dark rum
  • 20 ml melted butter
  • 30 ml apple puree
  • 10 ml verjus
  • 80 ml apple cider
Procedure

Melt about 15 g butter in a small pan, add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Let it heat to 70 degrees Celsius and pour into a ceramic cup. Garnish with a caramelized apple slice.

ULTIMATE HOT CIDER

TATRA PALOMA

Ingredients
  • 30 ml TATRATEA 37% HIBISCUS & RED TEA
  • 30 ml tequila
  • 20 ml lime juice
  • 20 ml Grapefruit & Basil syrup
  • Pink grapefruit soda
Procedure

Add TATRATEA 37%, tequila, lime juice and syrup to a shaker with ice. Stir everything together and pour into a tall glass. Top with pink grapefruit soda and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
