Looking for something to finish your evening or to accompany dessert? This bittersweet, perfume-like herbal digestive is the perfect choice.
- 40 ml TATRATEA 35% HERBAL TEA DIGESTIF
- Sandal wood
- 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
- 20 ml classic candy syrup
- Smoke from dried teas
- Chocolate ice cream for garnish
Put TATRATEA and some small pieces of wood into an NO2 cream whipper for 30-45 minutes. When ready, blend the drink with the other ingredients and serve in a balloon glass. Smoke with dried teas (light dried tea leaves on fire, let them smoulder to create smoke). Garnish with chocolate ice cream.
