King of the Bongo

This distinctive dry finish coconut-based cocktail stands out from standard girly drinks. That vivid flavor you fall in love with is underlined by juniper berries and citrus oils.

  • 40 ml TATRATEA 22% COCONUT
  • 15 ml Blood Orange Liqueur 
  • 20 ml white palm sugar, light honey or agave syrup
  • 1 freshly squeezed lime
  • 6 muddled juniper berries and lemon twist
  • Sparkling coconut water to top up
  • Chocolate, salt and bamboo charcoal for garnish

Rim the glass in chocolate fondue and bamboo charcoal salt. Shake all ingredients together and top up with sparkling coconut water. Serve in a glass with coconut shell.
