Lemonades are always a crowd-pleaser. The classic balance of sweet and sour rounded off with a herbal nettle - once you‘ve tried it you won’t return to traditional lemonade!
Fill up a glass with lemon juice, TATRATEA®, and gold lemonade. To make Mastiha honey, blend 10 ml honey and 10 ml sugar syrup. To make 500 ml sugar syrup, blend 350 g white sugar and 200 ml fresh water in a food processor. Blend for at least 15 seconds. Finally, add 1 bar spoon of resin. Build in a glass and serve with a golden straw, and garnish with pine needles.
