Anyone for soft ice cream? But just for the grown-ups this time! Home-made honey, cinnamon and hot mustard flavoured with a good splash of TATRATEA 17% Milk&Tea... The ideal base for traditional soft alco ice cream.

  • 40 ml TATRATEA 17% MILK & TEA
  • Honey-flavoured ice cream
  • Black mustard seeds
  • 2 quail eggs 
  • Cinnamon sugar
  • Ginger snaps for garnish

Allow the ice cream to soften. Add 3 teaspoons of mustard seeds to 0.5 l ice cream and return to freezer. Put the ice cream mix, TATRATEA, raw eggs, and cinnamon sugar to taste in a food processor. If you have a soft ice cream machine, use it instead of the food processor. Garnish with pieces of ginger snaps.
